Refund Policy
Effective September 4, 2026
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for historical Supporter Card purchases and manages any related refunds or payment disputes.
New payments are closed. This policy remains available for previously completed transactions only.
1. What you purchase
New purchases provide a public Supporter Card with no fixed expiry while begging.lol operates. Display ends on request, refund, or policy violation; the website is not promised to operate forever. Earlier purchases retain their checkout terms unless an extension is requested and confirmed. A purchase does not guarantee traffic, sales, endorsement, first-page placement, or a fixed rank.
2. When a refund may be approved
- a duplicate charge for the same intended purchase;
- a verified technical failure prevented the card from appearing and we could not restore the service;
- the card was rejected before receiving any paid public display;
- the payment was unauthorized and handled through the proper payment process;
- applicable law or Dodo Payments requires a refund.
3. Normally non-refundable
Once a compliant card has been displayed, purchases are generally final. A lower rank caused by another purchaser, less attention than expected, a change of mind, failure to use the submitted link, or removal for violating the Content Rules is not normally a refund reason.
4. How to request help
Please contact us promptly, preferably within seven days of the charge. This request does not limit statutory rights or prevent reporting a later service failure. Include the checkout email, Dodo transaction or invoice reference, amount, approximate time, and a short explanation. Never email a full card number, bank password, security code, or identity document. We may direct the request to Dodo Payments for final processing.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary. A card associated with a refunded transaction is removed from the live leaderboard when the signed refund webhook is received.
