Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of begging.lol and historical Supporter Cards.
New payments are closed. As of September 4, 2026, begging.lol does not accept new payments or create checkout sessions. Payment and card terms below remain available only for previously completed transactions.
This is not a charity or crowdfunding service. Historical payments purchased a defined digital placement service. They were not donations, investments, loans to the operator, or promises of financial return.
1. The service
begging.lol displays a real-time personal debt calculation based on the published principal, annual rate, formula, and counter start time, and offers one-time paid Supporter Cards. We may improve, pause, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. The counter is a transparent site calculation, separate from private lender account records, and is not a request for an investment.
2. What a Supporter Card includes
New purchases under these Terms provide one public card with no fixed expiry while begging.lol operates, beginning after Dodo Payments confirms payment. Display ends if you request removal, the transaction is refunded, or the card violates our policies. This is not a promise that the website will operate forever. Older purchases keep the display period agreed at checkout, unless the purchaser requests an extension and we confirm it. The card may display the name or handle, public URL, short message, amount paid, and placement rank. Cards rank by gross purchase amount, highest first; equal amounts rank by payment confirmation time. A purchase does not guarantee clicks, traffic, sales, endorsement, a fixed position, or a particular rank. The wall may use pagination; a card does not have to appear on the first page to be displayed.
3. Eligibility and your promises
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and, where required, at least 18 years old. You confirm that the information and links you submit are accurate, lawful, safe, and yours to publish. You grant begging.lol a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, format, display, and link the submitted card content only as needed to provide and promote the service.
4. Payments
Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and handles hosted checkout, payment methods, taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. Pricing is one-time, pay-what-you-want within the displayed limits, with a $5 minimum. begging.lol does not receive or store full card numbers. A card is activated only after a valid signed payment webhook is received.
5. Moderation and removal
All cards remain subject to the Content Rules. We may reject, hide, shorten, correct unsafe link formatting, or remove content that violates these Terms, provider rules, or applicable law. Payment never overrides moderation. Serious abuse, deception, malware, illegal content, or repeat violations may result in removal without refund where legally permitted.
6. Refunds
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Purchases are generally final after the card is displayed. Refunds may be available for duplicate charges, verified technical failure preventing the purchased display, rejection before any paid display, or where required by law or Dodo Payments. Lower ranking, insufficient traffic, or removal for a rules violation is not normally a refund reason.
7. Availability and calculation basis
The debt counter consistently applies the published inputs and formula shown on the site. Private lender records can include separate fees, adjustments, payment timing, or compounding rules. Support totals reflect verified purchases before fees, excluding refunded orders. The remaining support goal is the original $97,800 target minus those purchases, floored at zero; it excludes interest and is not a bank balance. Recorded bank repayments are published separately only when recorded by the operator. Receiving a payment does not itself prove repayment to the lender. We work to keep the site and ranking available, but maintenance or service-provider interruptions can occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. If the service permanently closes, we will provide notice on the site where reasonably possible; any applicable refund rights remain available. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future activity; a purchased card remains governed by the terms presented at checkout. Questions should include the checkout email and transaction reference.
